Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed for products identified on the BLANKSHOP order system. Please read them carefully. Online Payments
We accept the following credit and debit cards - Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta and American Express.
Payments
All payments must be made at the time of purchase and are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and BLANKSHOP is under no obligation to fulfil your order.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be made within 7 working days of it's receipt. If the order is cancelled due to an error by the customer a 3% charge will be levied on the order - only 97% of the product amount will be refunded.This is to cover the cost of credit card surcharges of 3% that is charged to Blankshop for each credit and debit card purchase. The cost of postage will not be refunded id the order has been despatched and then cancelled by the customer.
Refunds
If you feel you have been incorrectly charged for the products you have ordered or that your delivery is different to that of your original order - except where it has been agreed in advance by both BLANKSHOP and the customer, please contact us via email or by phone. All refunds will be made within 10 working days.
Returns
Where product is received in a broken or defective condition, please contact us via email or by phone. Please note that we will not accept return of any product unless such return has been authorised in advance. All monies, except the cost of postage, will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the cancelled items by BLANKSHOP. Any sealed or boxed items of blank media that have been opened or unsealed by the customer shall be irrevocable

Complaints
If you need to make a complaint about the services or products provided by BLANKSHOP or in the efficiency that your order has been handled, please contact us via email or call us by phone. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of its receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will be kept informed of the progress if the complaint is about a third party i.e. couriers. In the event that goods ordered by you have not been received within 10 working days please contact us via the instructions stated earlier.
BLANKSHOP is not liable for any loss or damage, arising out of use of, or inability to use it's products. To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither BLANKSHOP nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site.
These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a customer
